Who we are

Monarch Employment Solutions is an agency that transforms the workplace by providing a unique experience for employees and employers using new and innovative ways of problem-solving, to enhance productivity, products, service level, and efficiency while helping employees achieve their potential. Monarch Employment Solutions understands and is a champion of neurodiversity and we encourage, mentor, and leverage unique brain development and functions creating a workforce of talent with different strengths.

For some neurodiverse individuals, the traditional components of job searching and career paths may present obstacles, an issue that Monarch takes seriously to help provide tools to help these individuals navigate successfully and reduce the number of neurodiverse individuals who are unemployed due to a lack of knowledge on how to mentor, and leverage unique brain development and functions. Monarch challenges and trains employers to rethink staffing in ways that are more inclusive of neurodiverse talent as we seek to break the stigma associated with being neurodiverse, a cultural transformation!
